Welcome to ParkHappily. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. User Accounts

To book a parking space or list a space as a Host, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

2. Booking a Space

• When you book a parking space, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable fees and taxes.
• You must only park in the designated space during your booked time. Overstaying may result in penalty charges as determined by the Space Owner or platform.
• You agree to follow any specific rules or instructions provided by the Space Owner (e.g., clearance limits, access methods).

3. Hosting a Space

• Space Owners must ensure they have the legal right to rent out their listed parking space.
• The space must accurately reflect its description, amenities, and availability.
• Hosts are responsible for maintaining a safe and accessible environment for Drivers.

4. Platform Role

ParkHappily provides a marketplace connecting Drivers with Space Owners. We do not own, manage, or control any of the parking spaces listed on the platform. We are not a party to the rental agreement between Drivers and Space Owners.

5. Liability

ParkHappily is not liable for any damage to vehicles, theft, or personal injury that occurs on or around the rented parking spaces. Users assume all risks associated with using the spaces.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.
